The best sensation will come from your tongue, so keep licking, darting and teasing him as you move up and down. Keep the motion going, keep teasing with your tongue and keep the saliva flowing. You may also want to pop one hand around the base of his penis to keep him still, while gently cradling or tugging his testicles with the other.
Use your hands
While you’re focusing on his penis, use your hands to touch and stimulate other parts of his body. Play with his balls and nipples; stroke his thighs, bum and stomach.
The slit of the glans
Some guys find it pleasurable if the slit is licked or probed by a tongue, but others find this merely irritating. It’s best to try this gently and check his reaction, or ask him outright.
Give him a hand
Then slowly up the ante. Add a few fingers into the equation. Form an “O” with your thumb and forefinger and pop it against your mouth as you move up and down. Then as you come up, close the “O” of your fingers over the head and slide back down with his shaft between your index and middle fingers. Slowly move your fingers away from your mouth, keeping them around his shaft.
Progress to using a whole hand, twisting as you move up and down, or two hands moving along the shaft in opposite directions. Try twisting your head slightly to one side as you bob, then play with different combinations. The aim is to increase the amount of stimulation, increase the pressure and quicken your pace.
Deep-throating
This is when you insert his penis as far as possible into your mouth and throat (preferably without gagging) to take in all of his length. While it will probably impress him, temporarily at least, it doesn’t provide much actual stimulation of the penis because you can’t lick or suck him at the same time. If you wish to try it, get used to the sensation first by taking him into your throat slowly, then keeping still while concentrating on relaxing your throat muscles to prevent the gag reflex. The best positions to accommodate this technique are to kneel over your partner, facing his feet, or to lie on your back with your head off the side of the bed so that you can tilt it back to align your throat with your mouth.
Once you feel comfortable, lift your chin up and stretch your neck so that the angle of your throat is closer to 180 degrees. Try taking him in a bit further and then move your head up and down. If you manage to take in his entire length, you’re deep-throating. There’s no need to deep-throat him with every down movement, though. Hold the base of his penis with your hand so that if you feel the need to gag, you can quickly remove him from your mouth. If his ejaculation makes you feel like you’re choking, try using a condom.
Add a few tricks
A couple more things to do while fellating – massage his perineum (the ridge between his testicles and anus) gently to stimulate his prostate; slip a well-lubed finger into his anus to massage his prostate; rub his anus with your thumb; rub his stomach; hold a vibrator against his perineum. Some guys enjoy a vibrator or butt plug in their anus when they receive fellatio. |
Use your breasts
Pop his penis between your breasts and let him stroke up and down, as a sexy alternative to your mouth. Add a bit of lube to your cleavage to enhance the sensation for him, then revert to oral (you may prefer to use a flavoured lube for a better taste, but in general keep flavoured lubes away from the vagina as the sugar they contain can cause a nasty yeast infection).

Sixty-nining
This is when a couple gives each other oral sex simultaneously, usually lying on your sides facing each other’s feet, or with one partner on their back and the other kneeling above while facing their partner’s feet. It can be an incredibly intimate and intense experience, or it can be disappointing because it’s often hard to focus on giving another pleasure when you’re distracted by your own sensations. It can be a fun part of couple sex, though, and doesn’t necessarily have to lead to orgasms for both so there’s no harm in giving it a whirl!
As orgasm approaches
As you progress, up the pace of your rhythmic movement and suck a little bit harder to create more of a vacuum in your mouth. When you feel him close to orgasm, maintain or pick up the pace even more. Then how you deal with his orgasm is entirely up to you.
