On ordering, you will receive a full quote for all products requested, including postage options and payment methods.
To ensure your right to privacy, our parcels are sent in discreet, unmarked brown
boxes and envelopes. The contents of the parcel are not listed on the outside of the package. Our company name does not appear on the outside and a box number is given as the return address. No further contact details will be available on the packaging. We also offer discreet delivery by courier direct to you on confirmation of your payment.
If a product is defective, it must be returned at own expense within 14 days to our postal address, either via priority mail or as an insured parcel, and it will be replaced. If no replacement item is available, we will refund you. We regret that due to the intimate nature of our products we do not accept the return of an item that has been used.
